“If you love dogs with an immense passion, love a story with a bit of 'Wow that was meant to be’, love a story that is a journey of wonder about an amazing dog, then you will love this book. Falkor has a life to be admired and the relationship with his owners to be commended. It is an easy read that doesn't hammer you with lots about the horror of the first part of his life (a relief for me, I can't cope with too many count by count cruelty explanations, especially toward animals). It will remind you just how fantastic having a dog can be and how much love can be shared with a dog. It reminds us of the deep spiritual connection dogs can have with people no matter the hardship they have been through. It is a reminder it is always worth giving dogs a second chance, the reward is great.”
